We ship internationally!
We ship worldwide including Europe, USA, Asia and Australia and currently offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase so if you change your mind we are happy to refund any items bought at WiseVapes. that you are not completely satisfied with. These can be returned within 30 day's from the date of recived must be received unaltered and in their original packaging. Please note: the time period you have to return your item will be detailed on your invoice.

Refunds
We use Paypal so you can feel safe when it comes to purchasing, If you require a refund for any reason please email or call us and we can process this for you or if you have difficulty contacting us or cant call then raise a case with PayPal and we can review your claim and refund you if required.

This product is not released yet. Do a pre-order to save money and hold an earlier position in shipping queue.
Sourcing On Demand
We will source the product for you on your need. Shipping time can take as long as 14 business days. Generally old or hard to find products.
We don't guarantee we can ship it to you finally. We need 7 business days to know if we could find the product. Then we need another 7 business days to process the order. So totally we need 14 business days to ship it to you if we can find it.
If it turns out we can not find the product finally, we will let you know in 7 business days after payment and do refund.
While we are trying our best to indicate the most accurate shipping time, final shipping time may be changed due to the complexity of e-cig supply chain. We stive to ship before the deadline.
International Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via Air Mail by different vendor with tracking or ePacket based on your selection and drop-off without signature. We retired Air Mail without tracking shipping method.
